Acceptance

By creating a Finzolio account you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

The service

Finzolio is a portfolio tracking tool. The information it displays — including tax estimates, projections and risk metrics — is indicative and provided “as is”, with no warranty of accuracy. Investment decisions and the filing of your tax returns remain your responsibility.

Market prices come from unofficial public sources and may suffer delays, outages or errors beyond our control.

Plans and payments

There is a free plan, which never expires and requires no payment details, with a limit on positions and watchlist items. The PRO plan lifts those limits and unlocks the tax module, broker import and the annual review.

The PRO subscription is billed monthly or yearly, renews automatically, and can be cancelled at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. Amounts are shown with the taxes applicable in your country.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. We recommend enabling two-step verification or a passkey. You must use the service lawfully and must not attempt to access other users’ data or interfere with the platform’s operation.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Finzolio is not liable for losses arising from investment decisions taken on the basis of information in the application, nor for errors or delays in third-party market data. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by consumer protection law.

Changes

We may amend these terms. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice and you may cancel your subscription if you do not accept it.
