Finzolio

Privacy policy

What data Finzolio processes, for what purpose, and how you can exercise your rights.

Data controller

The controller of your data is [LEGAL NAME], tax ID [NIF], registered at [ADDRESS] (hereinafter “Finzolio”). For any question about your data, write to us at [EMAIL].

What data we process

Account data: your email address and a hashed version of your password. We never store your password in the clear. If you enable two-step verification or a passkey, we store the technical data needed to validate it.

Portfolio data: the financial information you enter (positions, transactions, dividends, property, accounts). It is yours, and only you can see it: each user accesses only their own data.

Usage data: to measure website traffic we use cookieless analytics with no personal data, which cannot identify you or track you across sites. That is why this site shows no cookie banner.

Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract), to comply with our legal and accounting obligations, and — in the case of aggregate analytics — on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used.

We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not use it to profile you for advertising.

Processors

To operate the service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting and infrastructure provider, our database provider, and the payment gateway that handles subscriptions. All of them operate under a data-processing agreement with the safeguards required by the GDPR.

Your card details are handled directly by the payment gateway; we never store them.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account remains active. If you delete it, your portfolio data is erased, except for information we are legally required to retain (for example, invoicing records).

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [EMAIL]. In addition, the application lets you download all of your data as a JSON file and export it to CSV at any time, free of charge.

If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
